For more than 25 years, I’ve had the opportunity to help businesses find practical ways to operate more efficiently, reduce unnecessary costs, and improve their bottom line.

My experience spans business advisory, supply chain, operations, and consulting, including work with Fortune 100 companies and some of the largest logistics and manufacturing organizations in the world. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped create hundreds of millions of dollars in measurable value.

But today, my focus is much closer to home.

I founded United Business Works to bring the same level of insight and problem-solving to small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and independent healthcare organizations. Instead of complicated consulting engagements, my approach is straightforward: understand how the organization works, identify financial opportunities that may be getting overlooked, and help put practical solutions in place.

For me, the goal is simple: help strong organizations become even stronger by keeping more of the money they earn, improve how they operate, and ultimately help them build toward a more successful future.
